  1. Spain:
    Introduction:
    In this assignment, I made a presentation on Spain in which I gave a little background of the country that its language is Spanish which is second most used language, and it is known for its production of olive oil and tourism. Then I gave an overview of a normal day in Spain and how it’s spent. The presentation moved on to giving some new information about Spain and then reflected its workplace environment. In the end I gave a brief summary of all that was discussed in the presentation.
    Reflection:
    I learned quite a lot from this presentation in regards of professional competency. The world has become a global village now and we must work alongside people from all over the world. Having background information about Spain and its work environment would help me have a better professional interaction and relationship with people from that part of the world. If I will do this assignment again then I will try to focus more on giving descriptions about the business etiquettes required in Spain. To the students attempting the same assignment I would recommend that they study about more aspects about the selected location and gain vast knowledge to get knowledge about the diversity.
  2. Tesla Motors:
    Introduction:
    I was assigned to choose a company from a list of companies where I would like to work after evaluating my options. I choose Tesla Motor Company because in my opinion they are changing and reshaping the future of motor industry and I would like to be a part of that journey. Moreover, I believe that industries have an overall positive effect on the economy of a country and wellbeing of the citizens. Thus, I selected a country that has a great positive impact.
    Reflection:
    This assignment acted as a stepping stone for me as I was able to reflect and choose a career path for myself. Having professional goals while you are a student is very important as it helps you acquire the required skills and abilities. It enabled me to set a timeline which I will follow to reach my career goals. I recommend to students attempting the same assignment to take it as an opportunity and invest proper time in researching the suitable career path and job opportunities in more than one company as this might set them on the course of their success. Also, if I will do this assignment again then I will consider more than one company while writing my career path.
